TURBO

Turbo is a caustic detergent containing wetting agents, organic sequestrants and foaming surfactants. Turbo is formulated to be high foaming. It is used in preference to lower alkalinity products where very high levels of protein, fat and in particular, carbonised deposits are encountered; for instance, on fat fryers and roasting or smoke ovens. Turbo is not suitable for use on Aluminium or galvanised surfaces.
