DEFOAM

Defoam is a highly active silicone antifoam agent. It may be used in neutral, acid or alkali solutions where foaming is a problem. It may also be used in process water for suppressing foam. The components of Defoam comply with the UK Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) regulations for direct and indirect use on food within the limits laid down for the maximum concentrations of poly-dimethyl/siloxane in the final food for consumption. Defoam satisfies the requirements of Kosher food production.
